Ovella Health

Ovella Health — a telehealth practice founded by two board-certified physicians specializing in hormone therapy and menopause care — came to Fantasium after their previous developer stalled on a WordPress build that had been in limbo for six months. The founders needed a professional, trustworthy website that could serve as the digital front door for their practice: educating patients, building credibility, and driving appointment bookings. The existing work was incomplete and unusable.

We took over the stalled project and moved fast. Working closely with the Ovella team, we built a clean, warm, professional WordPress site that reflects their care philosophy — approachable yet authoritative. The design centers on earthy tones, clear typography, and a patient-first information architecture that guides visitors from education to booking. We built a custom hormone quiz, a comprehensive education library, individual physician profile pages, and integrated their practice management system for online scheduling.

The WordPress build included a fully custom theme with a homepage hero section, scrolling health category marquee, interactive hormone quiz with multi-step form logic, a patient education resource center organized by health topic, physician bio pages, testimonial carousel, and deep integration with Optimantra for appointment booking and the patient portal. The site is optimized for performance and SEO, with structured data for medical practice visibility.
